Return Process

  Log into your Sidephone account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the electronic device is factory reset, all personal data is removed, and it is placed back in its original packaging with all included accessories and cables.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your full refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 3 to 5 business days.
